5 Reps each 3 Rounds!
5 x: Plank Abdominal Core blast: Open legs up twice. The take knee and drive it to the elbow, then switch. Take the next knee and drive it under.
20 x Active Recovery: Hands by your head. Squeeze Abs and rotate to either side. Do this in between each combo.
Lower Abdominal Blaster: Lift legs up, then down, flutter legs 4x then open close, open close.

5x Oblique Enhancer: Sitting down you reach up and across, right and left, then punch 4x.

5 xStatic Eccentrics: Squeeze and Hold it at the top. Then roll down for four counts

5 X Right and Left TA Holds: Start in side plank, drop hips, lift, hold and squeeze.
