I had a dream last night that I was in my high school cafeteria at a black tie affair. I was with my best friends, and the opposite side of the cafeteria was normal, brown lunch trays and all. I was having a flashback of us in high school. I woke up giggling because Cory and I always get a laugh out of my crazy dreams, but today is September 11. A day we will never forget, and where was I standing when we found out what was happening so close to home?
In my high school cafeteria, at the Snapple machine, listening to our principal tell us the horrific news. I will never forget that day, a day that will live in our hearts forever. New York I love you, America I love you, and thank you to all the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.
