Happy 4th of July everyone! It is very rare that I post over the weekend, but as I am getting ready to go teach class and then out for a day of sun and fun I just wanted to let everyone know how thankful I am to be an American. To have the freedom to choose our own paths in life and to live in a culture that encompesses every race and religion in the world is a beautiful thing. So everyone stay healthy, enjoy the weekend, and no matter what you do… just smile and show your American Pride!
This is a two part post as I recently got to shoot with my Miami bestie on a very special project that will launch on TaylorWalkerFit.com at the end of summer. At the same time, we wanted to show our holiday spirit! So we set up a picnic and had some fun. I love cooking for friends and actually I pretty much bribed Naomi into being my friend with my cooking. So…thanks buddy for always being there for me, and together I think we are the new “All American Girls”…don’t you?
So anyway…what would a post be without a recipe? This would be an great one to whip up today before you head on out! Its a simple slaw that is an awesome addition to your hotdog, hamburger or simply as a great side dish!
