Barre Body: An Upper Arm Workout

Happy Friday everyone! I am keeping today’s post short and sweet because well…its F-R-I-D-A-Y! I hope you enjoyed my last barre basics video which should have helped  you get prepared for your first barre class. Today, I am sharing a quick upper body workout that takes less then ten minutes to complete! So grab your weights [1,2 or3 lbs] and get ready to tone and define that upper half!
