Stay Fit This Holiday Season

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year”. It isn’t even Thanksgiving yet and the halls are already decked with wreathes, twinkling lights and trees of all shapes and sizes. Every year the holiday season seems to come quicker and quicker, and the endless array of holiday parties, “friendsgivings” and work functions are on-going events that seem to all end up in a dizzy haze of puff pastry, vino and laughter. All things we cannot live without…in moderation. My friend Colleen and I have compiled a few workplace holiday health tips to get you through this holiday/winter season. As it get’s darker earlier and all you want to do is crawl in bed, watch Netflix and eat chicken pot pie, follow these tips and you will not feel pressure come January 1, 2015.
