I cannot believe that Christmas is only a few days away, but what is more unbelievable is poor Steve Harvey announcing the wrong winner at the Miss. Universe Pageant last night! If you have yet to see it, check out this clip right here, and if you feel bad about not doing your holiday shopping yet, don’t worry, because Steve Harvey is definitely having a worse day than you.
This year, we put our tree up, and hung the decorations right around Thanksgiving. Cory and I even got to spend a weekend in Georgia in early December where the resort was fully decorated in all of it’s holiday glory! There was a tram to go meet Santa, where children could build gingerbread houses, and there were roaring fireplaces everywhere you turned. It was my idea of heaven. When you live in Florida, you miss the chill of Christmas, and the magic the cold air brings, so I was happy to share that time there with Cory, and if you find yourself in Georgia, check out the Ritz Carlton Resort in Greensboro. There is so much to do any time of the year, but let’s get back to the point of this post, shall we? We have plenty of gifts already wrapped under the tree, and we are patiently awaiting our company, but there are always those last minute suprises that you need to buy…so I have compiled a list of last minute gifts and stocking stuffers for the health and fitness junkie in your life. Most of which you do not have to leave the comfort of your own home for.
Subscription boxes: FabFitFun, Graze and Bulu are all great subscription boxes for health-minded individuals. These days, there are subscriptions for almost everything from wine to jelly to bacon! The first subscription box I tried was Birchbox. Getting my Birchbox every month was like Christmas and my birthday all wrapped into one. FabFitFun was created by Giuliana Rancic, and is more than just a basic beauty box. Every three months the FFF Team send the best in heath, fitness and beauty straight to your doorstep, and forget teeny tiny samples, they are full-size items, and can range from clothing, to fitness equipment to the best in beauty. Give the gift of FabFitFun or other awesome subscription boxes to someone you care about today!

Class Package from local Studio: There are new and cutting edge studios popping up everywhere. Most of which offer great deals for their first month! For example, Inner Balance, the studio where I teach offers $49.00 for unlimited classes for the first thirty days. It is a great way to try all different instructors and get a true feel for every workout.
iTunes Gift Card for Music or Apps: Technology is the fitness communities BFF! A new playlist never hurts, neither do awesome fitness apps like Nike Training Club, Fitness Tracker Plus or Kayla Itsines BBG app she just launched. There are many ways to use iTunes to increase your fitness, and Fitness Tracker Plus connects right to Apple Health. It offers a completely customizable dashboard, and gives you a better idea of your overall fitness.
Cyber Training: Online training is all the rage! A subscription to an online trainer or class like ones from I’m Fit and Happy or The Daily Burn help you train anytime…anywhere!
Massage Gift Certificate: Recover is one of the most important aspects of fitness that is often overlooked. Recovery or sports massage is key to keeping our bodies on track.
Premium Skincare: Constant sweat can wreak havoc on our skin, and good skincare regimen is a MUST! I started using Rodan and Fields Skincare for about six months, and have gotten my acne completely under control regardless of sweat and makeup. Click here: TaylorWalkerFit.myrandf.com
Healthy Meal Subscriptions or Delivery Service: Blue Apron is a service that helps you become a better home cook. I know a few people who have it, and they swear by it! You spend less than you would at the grocery store and all of the items are pre measured, washed and packaged. There are also tons of healthy meal delivery services out there today. If you work a 9-5 and the last thing you want to do is come home and cook every night, than shell out some extra coin for healthy meals delivered fresh to your doorstep.
Fabletics Gift Card: Most of my friends who are Fabletics customers rave about Kate Hudson’s line! The pants lift and sculpt, and the clothes are good quality at a low price point.
Superfood T-Shirt: I could not write this post without posting about SuperFoodTs! They are the perfect T’s and Tanks for that health foodie you know! Click here or on the sidebar to shop on Etsy. We can still send two-day mail.
