Wow! Motherhood, what a trip right? The first few months postpartum are a whirlwind of exhaustion where the only thing you worry about is B-A-B-Y. Most days, I choose yoga pants, but the simple act of putting on clean clothes and making my bed always enables me to feel more in control. That is, until the little man dictates the remainder of my day. Before crawling into bed at night, I always need to crawl into a freshly made bed. Call me crazy, but it helps me sleep better and feel cozy and comfortable.
I truly believe these simple activities spark me to make healthier choices throughout my day and a good day always includes my rituals and a healthy breakfast!
