Your favorite pancakes are back with a fall twist! I have gotten many thanks and inquiries about the original four ingredient flax pancakes. My go-to breakfast recipe. These are just as simple, but bursting with comforting fall flavors! Here are my Pumpkin Flax Fall Pancakes.
Ingredients:
1/2 Ripe Banana
2 Heaping Tbs Pure Pumpkin
2 Eggs
2 Tbs Ground Flax Seed
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 Sliced of Chopped Candied Ginger (Optional)
Organic Natural Maple Syrup
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Grease a griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Cook until you see one or two bubbles. Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Plate and top with your favorite natural maple syrup.
I do not care if loving pumpkin is ‘basic’…these are FAB.
