Once a dancer always a dancer. I spent my entire life in spandex, tights, loud colors and sequins. Although a few years older, and possibly a little bit wiser, my love for eye-catching spandex has never wavered. A few weeks ago I spent a couple of days shooting with Reebok at their campus outside Boston, and last year, while living in New York, my job before leaving town was to shoot a video on a rooftop in Brooklyn for their dance-wear line that was about to launch. Yes, it was freezing, but it was awesome! Any day that I get to dance is a good day….overlooking my favorite city, repping one of the best brands in the biz, moving and grooving…well that is a whole different level. I cannot wait to share these awesome experiences with my future babies. I want them to dream big, and if they have a passion, I want them to follow it with all their heart. As long as it’s street legal..you know what I’m saying’?! 🙂
Anyhow, today I wanted to highlight a few of the pieces from the Reebok Dance Line. The shorts are definitely a statement piece, and the black top and bra are anything but basic. These shorts are great for dancing, running, barre or yoga. They don’t slip, but they don’t pinch either. If you love the print, but are a little worried about shorty shorts, pick up the awesome tights here in the same graphic print. The top, bra and shorts are all true to size so I requested a small and was pleasantly surprised with how everything fit.
I am absolutely obsessed with the detail in the sheer black too, and crop is so on trend. I love pairing it it with a higher waisted tight as well. Recently I have been throwing the bra on with loose and low cut tanks and T’s for a really cool, edgy look the strappy top gives. I am 100% part of the little boobie club, and love the lift this bra gives me. I actually have a little bit of adecalotage, but if you are large chested, this bra will hold you in and cage those bad boys from coming out to play. The bra is an athleisure piece that can be styled in so many different ways. It makes a statement, but you will not have to sacrifice comfort.
