Welcome to Taylor Walker Fit!

On the cusp of turning thirty, I have officially found an intense love for eating clean and training mean. Like food, training comes in all shapes, sizes and colors. For me, I have a home gym that consists of two sets of weights and an open floor plan ;-). I am obsessed with thirty minute interval training programs that get results! Together, Shawn Credle and I will be developing some awesome routines just for you!

As far as food goes, I cook meals and snacks that are quick, easy, delicious and of course…waistline friendly. My husband likes ANYTHING with cheese and gravy. So, it has been fun trying new healthy recipes on him. When his face lights up with delicious glee, I know the recipe is a  keeper, and will be coming to a computer or smartphone near you. I cannot wait to cook with you in the “Fit Kitchen”. Nicole Petrocelli will be my amazing and knowledgable contributing nutritionist. Have questions about your diet?
